Worcester County Braces

Traditional braces are one of the most efficient orthodontic tools we have. They’re made of metal or ceramic brackets attached to the teeth, then connected by wires and tiny rubber bands or elastics.

These brackets, wires, and bands work together to apply the gentle pressure that will gradually move the teeth into the positions we want them to be in as long as you have regular adjustments at our Auburn, Spencer, or Worcester office.

Braces are an excellent choice for correcting complex tooth issues. Because they can sometimes work faster at aligning teeth and closing gaps than other treatments, the time you wear them is shorter than other options.

Braces don’t need some of the more complex technology or expensive equipment that newer treatments can. This means Worcester braces are a cost-effective orthodontic option.

Worcester County Invisalign

Invisalign is incredibly popular with patients and orthodontists and is Worcester County’s top alternative to traditional braces. Instead of brackets and bands, the Invisalign system uses a series of clear, removable aligners to gradually straighten your teeth.

Clear aligners are made of a comfortable plastic material and customized to fit snugly over your teeth. To keep your teeth moving in the direction you want, you’ll need to switch your invisible trays out for the next one in the series every few weeks.

The Invisalign system can only work if the recommended guidelines are followed exactly! Aligners should be worn 20-22 hours per day throughout treatment. Neglecting to wear the aligners as directed by our doctors can impede the results and add time to the orthodontic process.

Invisalign is most efficient when correcting many of the most common orthodontic issues. For some complex cases, Invisalign may not be a good option. An initial consultation with us in our Auburn, Spencer, or Worcester office will allow us to determine your eligibility for Invisalign.

Find the Treatment for You

Our team has lots of experience providing customized treatment plans for each patient. When you visit our Auburn, Spencer, or Worcester office for a consultation, our talented team will pay special attention to your orthodontic needs.

Using these as the basis for braces of Invisalign treatment results in a beautifully aligned smile that’s just right for you.

Schedule your initial consultation with Central Massachusetts Orthodontic Associates to take the first step to the smile of your dreams. We can’t wait to meet you!
