Our Team

Paula M. is our Worcester Office Manager. Paula has been an important part of our office since 1977. She is a lifelong resident of Worcester. Her hobbies include enjoying the company of her feline companions Kupkake and Mama. She loves going to the movies, reading, dining out, and venturing on occasional trips to Foxwoods.

Priscilla W. is our Spencer Office Manager. She has been a part of Central Massachusetts
Orthodontic Associates since 1974. She is a warm and friendly part of our front desk and she will help you with all your insurance needs and is also the financial coordinator.

Gina S. is our Treatment Coordinator/Clinical Assistant. She worked with us from 1977 until 1993 when she moved to North Carolina. Gina returned to us in August 2007 and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Alana P. is our Worcester Administrative Assistant. Alana has been a part of CMOA since 1982 when she was in high school. She later returned in 2005 after having her family. She and husband Robbie have three children, Gabriella, Alexandra & Bobby, Pacino their French bulldog and Sunny their cat. There is never a dull moment in the Penny household. You can always count on Alana for a friendly welcome.

Colleen H. is our Spencer Administrative Assistant. Colleen has been with us since 2006. She enjoys laughing and joking with our patients and parents. She tries to make each appointment as convenient and enjoyable as possible. When she is not here laughing with everyone, she is home driving her kids here, there and everywhere.

Sue D. is our Clinic Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant. You can count on Sue to greet you with a smile, she really is everyone’s friend. She joined our team in 1979. Sue is currently a resident of Auburn where she lives with her husband, Bob, and their two sons. Her many hobbies include traveling, reading, and enjoying her home.

Lillian J. is our Patient Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant. She has been a certified dental assistant for 40 years. We have been fortunate to have her with us since 1982. Lil has been married for 39 years and has 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren. Her hobbies include crafting and cooking.

Shirley H. is one of our most compassionate Orthodontic Assistants and has been a part of our orthodontic family since 1986. She is a lifelong resident of Auburn where she lives with her husband, Steve. She has two daughters and is a grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren. When not spending time with the kids she enjoys walking, quilting, and spending annual vacations in Florida.

Susan L. is our Patient Coordinator and Clinical Dental Assistant. She has been a part of our office since 1996. She is very thorough in all that she does and is a master of attention to detail. Susan loves spending time with her family and her mini Daschund, Spencer. Susan likes to relax after a long day at work practicing yoga. Namaste.

Maria E. is one of our many talented Orthodontic Assistants. Maria spends her free time with her family and enjoying her home. She loves to travel especially to her home country of Greece where her parents live.

Rebecca J. is our Clinical Dental Assistant and New Patient Coordinator. Becky has been with us since 2005. She brings her experience working with young children as a pediatric dental assistant. She enjoys beading and spending time with her son, Elijah.

Amanda V. is our Worcester Sterilization Assistant. She is a very efficient worker and keeps are office well supplied with sterile instruments. Amanda loves to see shows at the Hanover Theater and vacations at Cape Cod.

Melinda B. is our Spencer Sterilization Assistant. Mel has been a part of the team since 2006. She loves reading and playing with her cat, Oreo.

Marianne R. is the newest Certified Dental Assistant and Patient Coordinator. She is a friendly and outgoing person who enjoys working with patients and putting smiles on their faces. Marianne enjoys the beach in summer and spending time with family and friends.
